Dr. Thomas S. Perrault, Sr.
Dr. Tom, Sr., Founder of Perrault Chiropractic Offices, received a Bachelorís degree from Northeastern University and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1962. He returned to his hometown of Methuen to begin practice and was instrumental in the licensure of chiropractic by the Massachusetts legislature in 1966. He served twelve years on the Methuen School Committee, and continues to be active in community and civic affairs. His dedication to his profession and the community have earned him numerous awards and recognitions. He is a Fellow of the International Chiropractic Association and the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic. A long-time leader of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society, he currently serves as its Executive Vice President and has been named Massachusetts Chiropractor of the Year an unprecedented four times. His activities with his professional society have kept him on the leading edge of chiropractic research and innovations in chiropractic. His primary interest remains the location and correction of the vertebral subluxation complex, which is the fundamental principal on which chiropractic practice is based. In 2004 Dr. Perrault was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by his profession.
Dr. Steven R. Sciuto
Dr. Steve's first position at PCO was as a 16-year-old patient. His experience as a chiropractic patient led him to his current career. After graduating from Northeastern University with a degree in Chemical and Biological Technology, he continued his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic. After graduating from Palmer magna cum laude in 1986, he returned to PCO as a doctor. Dr. Steve's chiropractic focus is on family care and sports injuries. For many years he has been a volunteer physician to the American Red Cross, the Pan-Mass Challenge, and several other sporting events. He has earned certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician and has taken extensive postgraduate courses in radiology and rehabilitation. Dr. Steve has been very active within the chiropractic profession; he has served as a Director, Vice President and President in the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society and currently serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors. He has twice been awarded the MCS Chiropractor of the Year.

As a second-generation chiropractor, Dr Tom has experienced and observed the results of chiropractic care daily throughout his life. Early on, he became fascinated with exactly how chiropractic adjustments could produce such seemingly miraculous results in a wide range of human ailments by making such simple changes in the spine. After graduating cum laude from Brooks School in North Andover, Dr. Tom went on to graduate from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, where he majored in physics before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has spent the past 21 years investigating a variety of chiropractic and neuromuscular techniques, and will develop a personalized approach that benefits each patient long into the future for patients who actively participate in their care.
Dr. Deborah Fudge
Dr. Fudgeís introduction into chiropractic was inspired by her mother's successful chiropractic treatment after suffering for four years following an auto accident. Because of her interest in health and wellness, this was the catalyst that led to Dr. Fudge's chiropractic career. She attended the University of Southern Maine and finished her core sciences at Salem State and North Shore Community Colleges while working as a chiropractic assistant. In 1986, she graduated cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and has practiced in Methuen since then. In March 2009 she moved her practice to Perrault Chiropractic. A member of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society, she has served as president, vice-president and secretary to the Merrimack Valley Chiropractic Society. Dr. Fudge's practice includes health and wellness education, evaluating the patientís nutritional needs and formulating a customized supplement program to help achieve maximum health potential. Dr. Jonathan Luscomb
Dr. Luscomb, salutatorian of his high school graduating class, received his Bachelor of Science cum laude from Syracuse University, and his Doctor of Chiropractic cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1982. He continued his training as an associate at Perrault Chiropractic before going into private practice in Haverhill, Mass. and Plaistow, New Hampshire. For 26 years he has served the Greater Merrimack Valley, specializing in complete chiropractic care and education for children and adults. His post-graduate education includes sports injury and extremity care, as well as neurology, scoliosis care, whiplash care, impairment rating, spinal rehabilitation, pediatrics, and nutrition, with advanced training in Cranio-sacral Therapy. Dr. Luscomb is a member of the International Chiropractors Association.
